VE Style Hub Inc. operates an e-commerce platform that sells a variety of fashion accessories, including but not limited to earrings and sunglasses, both within Canada and internationally. The Company may expand its product offerings in the future to include other similar fashion and lifestyle items. 2. Orders and Payments
2.1. Order Placement. By placing an order on our Website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.
2.2. Order Confirmation. Orders are only considered final once you receive an order confirmation email. We do not guarantee product availability and may discontinue products at any time without notice.
2.3. Payment Processing. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, and we do not store credit card details. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.
2.4. Payment Decline. If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed. We are not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your financial institution, including but not limited to currency conversion fees or transaction fees.
3. Pricing and Availability
3.1. Currency and Pricing. The Website provides users with the option to view prices in different currencies based on their location. However, all transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been placed.
3.2. Pricing Errors. While we strive to ensure that all pricing information is accurate, errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, technical, or other errors, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed. If this occurs, we will issue a full refund.
3.3. Product Availability. Product availability is not guaranteed. Items in your cart are not reserved and may sell out before the purchase is completed. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a refund if payment has been processed.
3.4. Promotions and Discounts. We may, at our sole discretion, offer promotions, discounts, or limited time offers. These promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, and we reserve the right to modify or cancel them at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.3 International Shipping. We offer international shipping, but delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance and local carrier delays. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed on international orders are the buyer’s sole responsibility.
4.4 Shipping Delays. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or customs processing.
4.5 Risk of Loss and Damage. All orders are shipped with a tracking number, and risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery confirmation. If an order is lost or damaged in transit, the buyer must contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.
5. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
5.1. All Sales Final. Unless required by Ontario consumer protection laws, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.
5.2. Defective or Damaged Items. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery with supporting evidence such as photos. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. If a return is required, we will provide instructions, and the item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
5.3 Order Cancellations. Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If an order is canceled before processing, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5.4. Refund Processing. If a refund is granted, it will be processed within a reasonable timeframe to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your financial institution.
