Our Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Our earrings and accessories are handmade in small batches, and for hygiene reasons we're unable to take them back once they've shipped.

Damaged or incorrect items

We do stand behind the quality of every piece — if something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we've got you covered. Just contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at vestylehub@gmail.com (or DM us on Instagram @vestylehub) with a photo or short video of the issue, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund for you.

Please note: claims reported after 48 hours can't be refunded, so we recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives.

Refunds

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to show up, depending on your bank or card provider.
